Barrel racing with a Jr Cowhorse Bit?
I am interested in trying a 3 piece Jr Cowhorse Bit with a roller and small port on my barrel horse. I am working him in a 3 piece roller draw gag bridle now and it has given me AMAZING reults. I race him in a plain snaffle Wonder Bit and he runs fairly well in it, except for sticking his nose out around the 3rd barrel, therefore taking it too wide.
I like the 3 piece roller design for sure. I guess I am wondering how people feel about a slight port on top of this design for barrel racing?
I'm a Brit Lady and I couldn't make head nor tail of what you are saying, sorry.

Need a name for my new Barn.?
I have now been riding for over 5 years i got my own horse last year and have been boarding her since. I am now getting my own barn at my house so we can save some money and hopefully get another horse so my brother can start riding with me. The name of the street i live on is Tweety but i don't know if i want that to be in the name. I love ranch names. I show Cowhorse stuff such has cutting, working cow horse, ranch pleasure, ranch conformation, ranch reining. all ranch versatility things. if you could just give me some idea that would so help. Thanks 
My horses name is Teea. Registered name Miss Haida's Poco Doc. but we looking at getting another. but thanks for the idea's
If you don't like your street name what about your family name? O named our ranch after our street name, been that way for 25+ years and i added equine rescue...Theres more on the name but you get the idea.
I find I like English better only because from what I'v seen, Western is quite rough and tough with there horses like you don't need spurs on any horse and they seem to use harder bits too, I no English isn't always perfect but it just seems not as harsh.
