Not with coloring, but with cutting. I finally found a guy, a barber, actually who would trim my hair when I needed it done. And that's all he did, trim it! But when I finally decided I wanted a real hairstyle, I decided after a couple of experiences like yours that I needed to find someone who would actually look at my hair before starting to apply scissors. I have naturally curly hair and there are some people who understand that and some who don't. If you can find someone who will give you a good cut, stick with them!!
