If the glove is all black on the outside and the web is also black... but the palm side is tan?
as long as the tone isnt the real light tan almost white color. i played in DII, DI & DIII might have different rules.

Can I use mystic tan if I have stubble on my face?
I usually keep a bit of stubble / half beard on my face. I have brown facial hair. I have a date tomorrow night. I just got the notion to mystic tan tonight so that I look better. I would do it on the lightest setting. Can I do that if I have facial stubble? Will that make me look two-toned?
Noooo you will end up with splotchy patches. You need to shave and slough away the old dead skin cells and moisturize before using any kind of self tanner. Maybe wait till you know your going to be home for few nights and shave and use it a few times so that you have a lil time for the stubble to come back in like you like it, and it will look very natural then when it does.
