I feel so bad about my skin color! What can I do to love it more?!?
My skin color is being looked down on from where I'm from and it just kills me to no end! I feel so ugly and everything. Skin Whitening products are all the rage here and I dont fit in with my countries standards of beauty.

Is my skin color really that ugly? Please help me love my brown/tan skin. Is my skin beautiful to other countries (western ones for example?)

I'm from Canada, and I think you're colour of skin is gorgeous!
I wish my skin was that colour!
I personally am extremely white. Like i'm a ginger. (i look like a stereo-typical irish-girl)
I used to hate my white-ness, but then I realized this is what I was born with. And i look good white. I've tried tanning, i just ended up burnt. Tried a fake tan and i looked horrible.
I'm just meant to be extremely white.
And you're meant to be a beautiful tan coloured girl.
Don't be ashamed of what you look like, embrace it.
Being different isn't a bad thing. Sure some people make you feel like crap, but who cares about them. Let them be copies.
People should love you for YOU, not what your skin looks like/ how you look. People who only make friends for that reason are selfish and concieded.
And clearly you're a much better person than that.

What kind of spider is this?
So, I live in western NY and hanging out in the rearview mirror of my mom's car was this spider...It was light reddish brown with white bands on its long slender legs. On its abdomen, there was a funky design with white, tan and dark brown. It was probably about an inch across (including the legs). I considered a brown widow, but looking at pictures of that, I thought the spider I saw was lighter colored. Any help in identification would be nice.
Sounds like maybe Araneus diadematus- the cross orb weaver.
