thats a local site, you can go to your nearest major city and go to the farm and garden section, then search english saddle *free photo ads*

go to the saddles section, then on the left side menu click browse all categories, then do a search for english saddles in your state [some will ship, but check the maps just in case] *free photo ads*

pretty good, but they have free text ads, so you end up looking into a bunch of crappy saddles since most wont pay to put photos up.

Have you ever used Hermes tack?
I know its suuuuuuuuuuper expensive. Like 1000$ bridles and $5500 saddles. Is it just the brand, like designer hermes handbags that makes it so outragous, or are they actually really nice. I've never seen a hermes in real life, but the pictures in dover make them look really unbalanced.
Hermes tack is really, really, nice!!! A friend of mine has a Hermes Corlandus and she loves it! I haven't ridden in one, but I have sat in one on a stool and it felt so amazing!! The staff is also nice too. My friend wanted to get another one that actually fit her horse, so she sent back her old one and got a new one with a different size to fit her horse, she didn't have to pay a thing!! I wouldn't go with the Colliegate brands, as Arabian filly reccomends. Colliegate had been around for along time and has brought up a reputation of poor quality work. They were decent when they first came out but over the years the company has become worse and worse, perhaps because they were purcahsed by Bates/Wintec. Bates/Wintec are also poor saddles, very cheap leather, if you're buying Bates, and the CAIR panels have been known to leak.
If you have the money to buy Hermes, then do it!! If not, then try another company that has the same quality, only cheaper prices. Albion is a lovely saddle company that many people like. Custom Saddlery (www.mysaddle.com) is a fantastic saddlery that customizes the flocking in order to fit your horse, I ride in the Fitted VLX and I wouldn't buy another brand of saddle they are so awesome. Passier makes a lovely bridle. Crosby makes nice hunter/jumper saddles, they've been consistant over the years in their craftswork, they actually owned Colliegate before it was sold to Bates/Wintec. Niedersuss makes a nice line of dressage saddles that alot of people like. I used to ride in the Symphonie but grew out of it skill wise.
But Hermes Tack is very, very nice!! Definately worth the money!!!
