What do you think about the salary cap issue recently imposed in Australia for corporate executives?
The Australian government had imposed a salary cap on all corporate executives on 20th september 2009. The goverment had given shareholders more chance to vote.

Not good. Just 1 example. Who buys big yachts that shipyards build and maintain? Do these shipyards employ people like you and I? My buddy's ex-gf used to sand/polish teak wood at a boat yard. Now she doesnt b/c the economy sucks and she works at Walmart.
Who is to tell that executive how much he can make after he/she went to school for 6 years, worked for 20 years in the business world and brought his company public after hundreds of nights and weekends working. That is called capitalism, it trickles down. Poverty only trickles up(thanks Michael Savage!)
