Modding a Sterling JP100 Guitar?
I recently found that the sterling JP100 and seen that it is much cheaper than the JP EBMM's. A bit more expensive than the jp50/60 but it also has a locking trem. One thing however that all the sterling music man JP guitars are missing is a piezo system.
So i was wondering how hard would it be to mod one to have a piezo system?
Such as replacing the saddles with piezo saddles, adding a modular preamp (such as the ones from fishman powerbridge or ghraptech ghost) and adding an additional switch to the guitar. And would doing this void any warranty i have for it?
