Which of these three saddles should I get?!?
I'm buying a cheaper saddle to train in - I ride five horses a day everyday. I already have a nice Crosby Equilibrium and a County Stabilizer as show saddles - so can't dish out extra.
I've read alot of reviews and did a lot of research and narrowed it down to these -
1) Northrun Ashland close contact - its used, obviously, but...it looked like its in good condition and they are amazing. So....
2) Ovation Jr. Jump Saddle - I'm a pretty short rider. I heard they're pretty good quality, fit just about any horse and with good cleaning, they look NEW.
3) Collegiate Undergrad - I ridden in them before, and they're lovely and comfy and sturdy.
My money is on the ashland. Its actually used and more expensive then the other two which are NEW. so...suggestions, anyone? thanks!
Get the Northrun Ashland close contact saddle, the leather is very nice on it and it's comfortable it also lasts a LONG time. trust me if it can survive me and my horses it can survive you Lol.Good luck

any other suggestions?
Through 4 decades I'm still a fan of Stubben. My old Siegfried AP is now 40 years old and going strong. I like their DEEP seat, quality leather and general feel of the saddle. It fits all of my horses throughout the years (Wide tree) without issue. They also hold their value.
