what is the easiest way to lose weight?

I've been trying. My main focus is my lower body because i have a pear shape small on top huge on the bottom any ideas for saddle bags? I just need help

everyone i know that's lost weight swears it's from walking or running.

also portion control. eat half of what you normally eat. if you go out to eat, ask that they put half of your meal in a to-go box.

my brother is a policeman, and he wanted to trim down before he started at his new job and he said the book "you on a diet" actually helped ALOT.

there's also little tricks that can help you. if you have a blender try having for a snack a glass of :
frozen mixed berries
handful of spinach (you don't even taste it!)
half a banana
and juice (guava is great, or oj or your favorite

add as much juice to make it a liquid beverage. the frozen fruit make it a smoothie without adding ice.

also bring stuff to snack that's healthy and helps keep you full like nuts or granola. or bring veggies instead of potato chips for a snack at work. (making your own dips makes this fun too)

good luck! losing weight sucks the big one. just keep in mind one day at a time and don't cave in.

First of all, you're not too old for that at all. I say if you want to do it, then go for it. Never live life with regrets, it's too short. You will be pleasantly surprised to see how many people your age (and older) are going back to school to fulfill lifelong goals. Good luck in your studies!
