What stays flammable after being in contact with the air for at least an hour?
I'm trying to propose at night with will you marry me written in fire. Any ideas on how to make the whatever last for a little while being left outside. I was thinking of a oil gas combo soaked into a medium rope and then just light the rope. Kerosene is another option. Is there anything that will for sure work after exposure or any creative ideas?
I think soap and gas make napalm, but kerosene isn't very volatile it will work.

Yes it can. But i doubt this idea will ever be popular because theres no huge profit in making oil from garbage or plastics, like you said, its all just an excuse.
