How do the Wintec/Bates webber stirrup leathers attach to the stirrup bar?
I am thinking of getting a pair of bates webbers for my treeless saddle, and was wondering how they attach to the bar. Is it sewn into a loop at the top to slip over the bar or does it have a buckle/T that you can use to thread it through. I need something with a buckle at the top so it can attach to a CLOSED d-ring. Anything you know would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
They only have the sewn loop, thats the main idea behind them, so they wouldnt work for your saddle

Leather Journal with Lined Paper from Heartwood Gifts
Can you answer a few stirrup leather questions for me?
I just purchased a new treeless sensation saddle to fit my odd shaped pony and my extremely messed up back, and I am looking for a new pair of leathers. I believe the leathers I ride in now are 48" and I am always on the last few holes. I am also interested in the Bates Webbers, as they are not bulky and buckle down at the foot which would be nice for a treeless. If anybody has suggestions for where to find a good pair of leathers that would fit someone with a 26" inseam who does dressage that would be great. If anyone knows about leathers that work particularly well with treeless saddles that would be wonderful as well!
