I agree with the first poster, It does look used and it also looks like it needs a good cleaning. Circle Y is a great western brand, I'd say anywhere from $500-$650 is all I'd be willing to pay based on what it looks like and the condition it is in. I'd see how it fits and how it rides and settle on something from there with the owner.
