97 Chevy K1500/Z71 Air bag Lite is on? HELP!?
I have a 1997 Chevy K1500 Z71 4X4, Ext cab short bed, 5.7L Vortec, I went in some mud about 6 moths ago befor i installed a 6" lift kit and the front was in a puddle up to the lights and a little was in the cab of water, ever sence then the Air bag lite has been on.. I am thinkin its the senor by the front bumper/frame, How can i reset this?
You "personally" can NOT reset the system. You need to bring the truck to a Chevy dealer and with a scanner the dealer can reset the system for you.
WARNING! For your safety! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO "TAMPER" WITH THE AIR BAG SYSTEM! The air bag system CAN or WILL inflate or NOT inflate (when needed) if "tampered" with. You or someone CAN BE seriously injured or death can occur by a malfunctioning air bag system.

94 MAZDA MX5 Air Bag Lite FLASHES?
Its not flashing 100% of the time but close.
Should I be worried ? Should i call my mechanic?
I just got it back from the shop where work was done on the axel/CV joints. Plus work was done on the gear shift .The transmission was out at least twice. Now my emergency brake doesn't work. I was told by severel people that the mech may have forgtton to hook it back up. Could it be that simple? i hope so because i need a break from this beast.
I love having a V6 again after having a 4 banger so long. The car even sounds tough,i love it! I'm a girl, can you tell?

air bag light flashing is just like a service engine soon light... it's flashing a code.
Take it back to the shop they should be able to read the code for you, and tell what the problem is.
if you would be so kind as to review the record Mr. Leamas I think you will find that save for the blinkered woman what has done so much to turn this once-great blog into Hot Air lite I have never attacked any of you ones personally… never ever ever – my esteem for you all is immense except for … you know

There so stinky because you wear them so often!
I think everyone has the same problem. When they find a great, comfortable, everyday pair of shoes they want to wear them all the time!
I would suggest buying shoes made out of that material since you seem to like it so much! As for now, continue using the Febreeze [it really helps!]
